Arctic Academie de Danse is a ballroom dance school that offers classes, not just in Latin dances, but also Smooth, Tango, Swing, Country and all other partnered dance styles. We all dance to the beat of our own drummer and AAdD offers engaging classes to help dancers of all levels explore different dance styles, as well as offer affordable private lessons for those that prefer a more personalized approach. Dance is shown to have many healthy benefits for the mind and body, so why not laugh and have some fun while learning something new?
