Home Within Movement is a dance and yoga studio. Dance classes range from ages 4 all the way to adults. This dance program offers recreational options for dancers who are looking to have fun as well as a more serious training environment for dancers wanting to take their training to the next level. We strive to teach dancers as a whole person and bring mental wellness into the classroom. Home Within Movement also offers Yoga Therapy for individuals who are seeking complimentary care to their health care treatment or mental health care. Specialties are yoga therapy services for anxiety, depression, and arthritis.
