CTS Dance & CTS Belly dance classes are easy, fun, low-impact classes for adults. Classes are open to all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Dr. Robin uses adult learning techniques to teach you mini-routines that have you moving to the music in no time. Monday night classes focus on CTS Core 25 combos. Thursday night classes follow the topics as listed on the website and each class stands on its own.
