Movewise Wellness incorporates the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Afro-Latin dance in practices that will guide you toward achieving freedom of mind and freedom of expression. When you are here, you are safe to explore and grow at the pace you need. All classes are hybrid format, meaning you can participate in person and online via Zoom. Classes are primarily held in Encinitas, CA and sometimes in San Francisco, CA. Weekly Mambo On2 classes are on Thursdays from 7-9pm PST, also available on live-stream. Monthly beginner-friendly community-based events! Check the calendar for special programming.
