Odissi Vilas School of Dance

Odissi Vilas Sacred Dance of India, was founded in 2005 by Sri Vishnu Tattva Das. After many years of perseverance, a dedicated group of students, mentors, friends, and patrons have helped Vishnu to take the first steps to establish Odissi Vilas. As of January 2005, Odissi Vilas has attained fiscal sponsorship from Dancer's Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and that all donations made to Odissi Vilas are tax deductible. Thus Odissi Vilas began to build in the West a haven for the ancient and venerable art form of Odissi Indian dance.
