Studio rental is available from 9am-9pm on weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends.] Proudly serving the South Bay community for over 20 years, SBDC is the largest dance facility in California, offering 6 halls with over 16,000 square feet of floating floor space. We specialize in studio rentals for instructors teaching a variety of dance styles (including ballroom, fitness, and more), as well as individuals or private renters seeking space for practice or events. Our halls are also available for private events such as wedding receptions, quinceañeras, baptisms, and more at competitive rates.
