Welcome to the only dance studio in Trinity County! Surrounded by the Trinity Alps Wilderness area and Shasta Trinity National Forest, Trinity Dance and Fitness Studios offers performing arts classes to students of all ages. That's right: our dancers range in age from 1 to 84! Our classes are kept very small so that each student receives individualized coaching. We use manipulatives and games to teach skills. Our director has an MA in Education and 28 years as a student of Cecchetti ballet. She won a national award for tap dancing and also enjoys teaching students partner dance, hip hop and funk, jazz, contemporary, Zumba cardio, and kickboxing. She is the creator of InspireFitness dance workout, Backyard Ballet, etc. - launching soon.
