Katrina Toews is an arts administrator, teacher, dancer, choreographer and Pilates trainer. Now based in Colorado, she has taught with Aspen Santa Fe Ballet and Dance Initiative and is an arts consultant. . For more than two decades, Katrina Toews has created and enhanced movement experiences for people, schools and communities. . For 18 years, Toews worked with The Washington Ballet. For 14 of those years, she served as the director of the ballet’s Southeast DC campus, from its inception, and shepherding its growth. . Katrina has choreographed and performed for 20 years. Toews has received numerous awards and acknowledgments for her service to youth and community.
