As our definition suggests, our dance Metropolis is filled with male and female students who are just beginning their dance journey to students who have been dancing competitively for several years. Our teachers come to us with a wealth of experience and training. many have danced at a college level, earned their degrees in dance pedagogy, or are currently dancing professionally. We feel that one of the most important aspects of dance training is providing dancers with a sense of well-being and self-confidence. It gives a person a feeling of accomplishment and an improved self-image. Dance training not only improves coordination and physical strength but also strengthens discipline and perseverance which carry's over to all areas of life.
