About

ABASI Dance Lab comprises of technique focused, individualized, and body aware instruction. ABASI Dance Lab’s prominent faculty includes professional musical theater performers, producers, former professional ballet and concert dancers, personal trainers, and local theater directors and choreographers. Our studio is for the serious performer, looking to hone their technique for professional improvement, while enjoying inclusive and safe instruction. In addition, our studio provides scientific instruction from Dr. Quinn's published research studies to improve technique of competition dancers and ACT therapy for performers. Our studio also provides ABA therapy through dance, yoga, and conditioning lessons for clients with special needs.
