Dance classes for 2 years old to adults. We have Baby & Me class, Pre-Ballet, advanced Ballet, adult Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz , Hip Hop, Jazz Broadway, Tap Dance, Musical Theater and Latin Dance. Besides dance classes we have a fitness class for women we named Complete Workout: which is a mix of yoga, pillates, stretching, physical conditioning, resistance, a lot of abdominal, cardio, dance and relaxation . We have also Ballet Fitness and Power Class for adults. We prepare dances for weeding and sweet sixteen. We love to teach, exercise and dance help not just the physical part in your body but also your emotional, releases stress and decreases anxiety. Life is better when you dance, exercise and have fun!
