Girl Next Door Fitness is a boutique pole dance studio located in Boca Raton, Florida, known for its empowering, and judgement free environment. Courses range from beginner to advanced, including Showgirl beginner spin and Cleo's Rock N Pole, based on Australian showgirl' style of pole dance, and even flexibility, cardio, and conditioning dance. We also offer performance competition training and certified liquid motion. Our classes are designed to be intimate with a maximum of ten students per class, ensuring personalized attention from our expert instructors.
