About

Dancenter North has been educating young artists for 49 years in Lake County. We specialize in technique and offer many disciplines and styles of dance including: ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, broadway, theater, leaps & turns, and many early childhood and adult classes. We have dancers that range from 2 years old to adult. We also produce and perform Lake County’s most lavish production of The Magic of the Nutcracker. We relocated to our beautiful new 12k sq ft facility in Gurnee in 2019. Stacy Joy Keller is the owner and director and has been on faculty since 2011, coming from a professional career with The Joffrey Ballet. Come study with our professional faculty!
