Bringing aerial fitness, pole fitness, bellydance and more to southern MD! A small studio designed to give you quality fitness classes that help you to enjoy your workout. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with a wide range of ages, experience levels(none required for a good portion of our classes), etc. Owner and head instructor, Tammi, has well over 15 years of experience. Each of our instructors care about our students and making sure each of you are safe, building strength, having fun and wanting to come back!
