Dick Barker School of Dance

About

Dick Barker opened the studio in 1959 in Indian Orchard and moved the business to Ludlow in 1977. In 1988, one of Dick's students, Deborah Bednarz took over as owner/director after 20 years of dancing with the studio. Jenna Alimberti, a student of the studio for over 30 years, became owner/director in 2018. Each director has helped to create the family-oriented environment of Dick Barker School of Dance which has been rooted in the community of Ludlow for over 40 years. The studio has fostered a love of dance for generations of youth in the town of Ludlow and beyond.
