We offer high energy, drop-in dance classes for adults only! Our mission is to inspire and empower adult dancers to connect with the most powerful part of themselves, while finding joy and building confidence in our supportive, welcoming community. We welcome dancers of all different backgrounds, experience levels and goals. Whether you dance professionally, for fun, or to continue challenging and training yourself, we give you opportunities to do so through our weekly adult dance classes.
