The National Institute of Flamenco is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded and based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Institute is home to a school, the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts, a professional flamenco dance and music company, Yjastros: The American Flamenco Repertory Company, and the largest, oldest flamenco event outside of Spain, Festival Flamenco Alburquerque. Professional performers from the Institute can be seen every weekend at Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque and El Farol Santa Fe! In addition to these exciting programs, the Institute also provides classes and performances through its Community Arts Engagement programs, including Flamenco in your Neighborhood.
