Now conveniently located on the Upper West Side, Fred Astaire West Dance Studio is the original, founded in 1947 by Fred Astaire himself. For 20 years in a row, we've been the Top Studio in NY State and in top 5 in the country. Our welcoming studio is home to everyone from couples looking to wow at their first wedding dance, to singles looking to learn, to three current United States and World Champion amateurs who train with us daily.
