We offer a safe place where adults and children are encouraged to learn, explore, transform and grow. We believe that movement can be an empowering tool in helping people see themselves as strong, capable and creative. Open to all genders and with classes catering to children and adults, we aim to give you a new perspective on movement and the most fun you’ve ever had while working out. Our classes in aerial hoop, aerial silks, pole dancing, flexibility and handstands are all taught by highly-trained, dedicated instructors.
