The Shorty Gorge - Lindy Hop in Ithaca, NY. Weekly dances, live bands, and lessons. No partner or dance experience required! Join us for a free crash course at the beginning of each night. The Lindy hop is a Black American swing dance that combines many of the dances that arose in the jazz era of the 1920-40s. It is full of energy, athleticism, and most importantly, self-expression. Come learn and dance with us!
