Welcome to Pole Body & Arts - Winston Salem! We are an LGBTQ+ women owned pole studio that is open to all genders and services a wide range of ages and body types. We provide a space to be Unapologetically YOU! To grow, thrive and be your best self! Every Body is a Pole Body at PBA! We offer in-person pole and non-pole classes and curriculum such as private instruction, strengthening and conditioning, yoga, dance, and deep stretch classes. We also offer private pole parties for groups of all sizes. You can sign up for our classes and book private parties right on our website!
