Redefined Studios is a dynamic dance and fitness facility, home to the FRDT competitive dance team and known for delivering the most exciting workouts in Cincinnati. Our offerings include a wide range of dance fitness classes, XTREME hip hop step, trampoline fitness sessions, heels classes, and much more. We also feature a full-service gym with expert personal trainers providing gym circuit training and personalized sessions. At the heart of Redefined Studios is our mission to provide a safe and supportive space where kids can pursue their love of dance while adults achieve their dance and fitness goals.
