There are so many ways to MOVE with us! Clogging, kids hip hop, adult fitness classes including Zumba, yoga, tumbling,kids fitness & yoga (including a class for the special needs dancer) & Movin’ & Groovin’ (fun/moving/dancing/props) at daycares and schools. Classes are held at the studio - and we also travel to your location, as well as do special events.
