The Dance Place specializes in Classical Ballet, Modern, and Liturgical Dance for both the recreational and pre-professional dancer. Our Creative Pre-Ballet, Ballet, and Pointe classes provide sound dance education for students of all ages. Each dance year culminates in presenting a traditional, professional-style, full-length ballet, starring all of our dancers. As the South Carolina Center for Cecchetti USA, The Dance Place encourages our more serious students to develop strong technique through syllabus classes and hosts Cecchetti USA exams at the end of each dance year.
