Avant Garde Theatre of Dance is a dance studio in Ennis, Texas. Avant Garde offers a wide variety of classes for the students from ballet to acrobatics. Avant Garde strives for artistic excellence and technical growth in every class we instruct. We realize that dance is a hobby to many dancers just wishing to attend classes recreationally. For others it is much more serious and is a true passion for them. Avant Garde recognizes this, which is why we offer two paths for the students. Recreational and Competitive programs are very different paths but both of them are guaranteed to provide the students with great technical abilities, knowledge of terminology, and good discipline for their life in general.
