Body Lab was founded by Heather O'Hara in 2016. Heather has been instructing and training professionally for 28 years all over the United States. She prides herself on taking dancers to the "NEXT LEVEL" with the emphasis on strong technical training, not only in dance but the acro and aerial arts form as well. Body Lab is an advanced technical training facility for Ages 2-Adult. Most classes are technique centered classes, with no yearly recital or spring show. However, in Fall 2018 Body Lab decided to have their younger-beginner classes participate in an end of year Showcase with guest performances by Body Lab's Performance Academy and Hip Hop Companies.
