Director of Arpan Dance Academy, Mrs Bratati Saha, an authentic Kathak performer and choreographer, has been offering Kathak & Semi-Classical Dance lessons in Ashburn area for the past 10 years. Kathak, one of the major Indian classical dance form is characterized by rhythmic footwork and danced under the weight of more than 100 ankle bells, spectacular spins, and the dramatic representation of themes and drama. ARPAN is affiliated with legendary Pracheen Kala Kendra of India and students are honored with degrees & certificates from Pracheen Kala Kendra upon completion of their yearly exam.
