Since 1928, Floyd Ward School of Dance has brought the joy of dance to Roanoke Valley's children. Named after founder Floyd Ward, our school, with locations in Vinton and Botetourt, offers diverse classes for ages 3-18, from ballet to hip-hop. Our legacy continues with Artistic Director Jill Graybill, a former student of Floyd Ward herself. We nurture talent through our Floyd Ward Dance Ensembles, attending competitions along the east coast. Our instructors stay updated through conventions. We're proud of our Angels from Heaven program, a non-profit empowering special needs children in dance, supported by donations. Join us for our annual shows and community performances throughout the year!
