Established in 1965, Ray Hollingsworth Dance and Arts Studio has been a Martinsville institution, nurturing generations of dancers and fostering a love for the performing arts. The studio has a rich history of producing professional dancers and dance instructors, solidifying its reputation for excellence across the United States.The studio was established by the late Ray Hollingsworth and was owned and operated by Ray and Cindy Hollingsworth; both highly regarded for their dance educational programs not only locally but throughout the United States. Felecia Calaman Childress took over as the Owner in June 2011, and in May 2019 handed over to Hollingsworth alum Mandy Frazier Gordon. RHDAS offers dance classes for children ages 2.5-18.
