Lilith Pole and Aerial Dance allows students to improve fitness, strength and flexibility while expressing feminine energy through fun and engaging pole dance classes. We offer a variety of classes, including beginner through advanced level pole dance, floor and pole choreography, yoga style stretching and flexibility classes, strength conditioning, Lyra, and more. We want to cultivate body positivity, and help students love their bodies for the amazing things it can do. Sign up for classes on our site. We're offering a free week trial to new members!
