VAM Studios is a dance school in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, located across the street from the Fremont Library. Youth and adult classes are available in tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, flamenco, yoga, and more. VAM has the largest adult tap dance program in Seattle which is directed by world-renowned tap dancer Mark Mendonca. The ballet program is run by Artistic Director Veronica Mendonca who has performed around the world and is also trained in pilates. Our youth program offers classes for dancers 3-18 years of age. Our holistic approach encompasses not only dance techniques, but also knowledge and awareness about developing and maintaining a balanced and healthy mind and body.
