Expressions Dance Studio

Expressions Dance Studio is currently located at three locations in Northeast Iowa; Decorah, Fredericksburg, and West Union. The studio as a whole is open Monday through Friday. However, classes are run Monday through Thursday, late afternoon into late evening. The studio was started in 1993 in New Hampton, Iowa by Kate Barloon under the name First Step Studio. Kate branched off to Decorah and Cresco, Iowa and eventually closed the New Hampton and Cresco studio's. In 2000 the Decorah studio was taken over by Sabrina Schmitt and re-named Expressions. Three additional locations soon opened; Fredericksburg opened in 2001, West Union in 2004 and New Hampton in 2006.
