INTENT is an immersive mentorship program in training, career, and life with Hilary McAlister. INTENT provides consulting, coaching, managing, and creative counsel to dancers, helping them to navigate the many directions in dance they could choose. INTENT offers one-on-one training and community-based sessions on a weekly basis. We are committed to providing a place for dancers to conquer goals in a safe learning environment, helping to propel them forward into a career in dance.
