Empowered Movement

Empowered Movement is a dance and play space dedicated to serving families in Barrington, RI and surrounding areas. We strive to create a warm, inviting environment where families can connect and foster friendships and a sense of community. We offer children's dance classes which focus on childhood development and learning basic dance styles while building self-esteem and confidence; adult movement classes which are catered to movers with little to no dance experience; different formats of play, which we believe foster opportunities to practice autonomy and independence as well as collaborating with others in a fun and creative way; and groups and events that give individuals and families the opportunity to expand their circles.
